The BRITEWISE Team

Rick brings a wide breadth of experience to BRITEWISE. In 2018, Rick was appointed Chief Operations Officer of BRITEWISE, where he oversees the overall operation and management of the company. Rick also serves as Director of Support Services with Questeq, where he spearheads multiple business units and has been a valuable resource and critical link between clients, management and interdepartmental team members. Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Clarion University. Prior experience includes leadership and sales management positions in the Consumer Product and Financial Service Sector.

Rachel Main joined BRITEWISE in 2017 as Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, Rachel is responsible for finding and acquiring the top talent available in the market. She received her bachelors in Communications and English from Slippery Rock University. Her past professional experience includes event planning and fundraising for several major nonprofit organizations. Rachel is an avid volunteer in her community currently serving as the secretary of the local high school basketball boosters program and her 11th year as a Girl Scout troop leader. Previously she has served as member of the local community library board and various positions in the PTA.
